WELCOME to the wiki of the Caenorhabditis evolution community!

With a growing community of scientists using Caenorhabditis nematodes for evolutionary biology and ecology, this wiki aims to informally share resources and information regarding the evolution of C. elegans and other species of the Caenorhabditis genus. This wiki is not part of Wormbase per se and cannot be cited as such. Much of the information on this wiki is unpublished.

Relevant WORMBOOK sections:
Evolution and Ecology
Nematodes other than C. elegans
Methods for nematode species other than C. elegans
Here is the growing LIST OF AVAILABLE CAENORHABDITIS SPECIES and the state of their genome projects.
Note the new species names.
All current species are now sequenced, being sequenced or in sequencing. Contact the Blaxter lab for details of your favourite species or see Caenorhabditis.org
